God, the urge to have a major major rant about irresponsible people who have bought an absolutely beautiful dingo pup, then can’t handle them when they get a little older then dump them with “” I really love her/him, it’s part of the family but we’re moving, or , it keeps getting out, or any other excuse they can invent to justify their getting rid of it. .
You buy an animal, it’s for the term of it’s life, it’s not a bloody fashion statement to discard when you tire of it,
Dingo Diary
Crossroads Dingo Rescue
We have had an unforeseeable incident occur this week, where by Ann was hospitalized on Monday evening due to a severe injury to her right hand.
She was on her way home from the vet after having had a dingo girl desexed
Unfortunately the dingo had a severe reaction and during transit ,stress, she grabbed Ann’s hand causing extensive damage
Ann has since had surgery, unfortunately I have to have time off work whilst Ann’s hospital stay and un sure of how much time will be required
Will keep informed of Ann’s progress

Melanie Wood
Hi everyone 🙂
A few months ago I rescued a 7 month old Dingo Pup (Rasta) off a Minesite in Newman and with the help of SAFE Newman he has been desexed and microchiped and I have been caring for him temporarily.
He has come such a long way in a short amount of time and is a beautiful little boy however he is still a pup and is still transitioning from being in the wild for so long,
he is great with other Dogs and isn’t fussed by cats either and loves going in the car and having his head out the windows lol
Unfortunately Im not able to care for him for much longer as myself and my husband are changing jobs which will see us both on nightshift now and away from home alot more.
SAFE Newman is still looking for the best match for his Furever home but if anyone here would be interested in Fostering/Caring for him temporarily please let me know
I think having someone who knows the Dingo breed would be much better then just any foster home and like I said he is a beautiful boy
Please let me know if your interested
Thank you
