We apologise for our absence,
On behalf of Jedda , recently deseased we thank all for your support, and kind thoughts .
Jedda would have been chuffed by so many kind people wishing her a safe journey through the out back terrain the bush track and high rocks and deep valleys the place her soul and dingo spirit will be free .
We fought her and I, as with a wayward daughter, she constantly argued consistently
Disagreed ,so many times she refused to permit me to sleep in my bed, head on my pillow with a snarl and growl ,in the end I would admit defeat and stamp off to another room only to have her scratching and crying at the door . “Iz sorry mum letz me in you can sleep with me”
She was forever playing her game . She was her dad’s girl ,he could rub her feet but dare I touch her feet she would lift her head and growl .
I would laugh at her antics, how upset she became.
A sneezing fit she had one night whilst in bed . I laughed and laughed. She frowned and snarled. She sneezed so hard she hit her head on the foot of the bed .this sent me into peals of laughter ,so cross she was, so angry.
I pulled a pillow over my head with hysterical laughter
Our Jedda pulled the pillow off and in no uncertain terms she was so angry spitting angry .never laugh at our dingo .
When our much loved teacup ” (as he was named) great Dane mastif cross ) Jedda so loved him . He passed away so young , Jedda refused to move off his bed for a month
When our mirhi attacked her causing deep gash in her groin, terrible wounds in her neck
I was bitten very badly attempting to separate them
Jedda was so upset . She had been surrogate mum to Mirrhi who arrived at just 4 weeks old ,to then be so terribly attacked, not only hurt her physically but deeply emotionally
We attended the vet for her wounds ,not realising how badly bitten I had been .
3 attempts to sedate her failed miserably and her concern was so obviously for me .
A special girl with a beautiful dingo soul she will be missed so deeply .
We have lost 3 of our dingoes in this one year
The passing of sweet Genna a rescue from the RSPCA 3 years old when she arrived 13 when she passed
Bindy a beautiful girl just nine years old ( 15 months when she arrived ,she had been badly abused )
All gave so much love and every day they showed their appreciation in many ways.
I thank all with sincere gratitude for such kind thoughts giving and sending love .
Our dingo is such a complex animal so wild in spirit , yet are capable of so much love, loyalty and devotion ,truly respect is the main ingredient for a beautiful friendship and relationship with our dingo.
