3 times impounded .
Erratic and extremely distressed upon arrival .
13 months for them to settle and calm accepting and bonding with their now mum and dad
Understandable due to their chaotic up bringing of drugs and disfunctional surroundings.

Offered for adoption .
no interest.

Whilst in the pound no one offered assistance even realising their time was short .
Think about that.
